EA has updated the Madden 22 rosters for Week 3 in order to Madden 22 coins reflect the performance of Week 2. There weren't any major surprises from this week's update however certain notable names have seen a boost in their ratings.
The most notable change was the two-point increase in Rob Gronkowski's overall score for Tampa Bay Buccaneers tightend. In only two weeks, he's gone from an overall rating of 86 to an overall rating of 89. And , honestly, he's definitely deserving of this. In the first two weeks of action, Gronk has already scored four touchdowns. He's also racked 12 receptions that total 129 yards. He's in tip top form for the start of the season and it's my guess that this won't be the last increase in his rating.
Another big name to get ratings boosts is Kansas City Chiefs strong safety Tyrann Mathieu. Mathieu was unable to play in the first week due to positive COVID testing, made his season debut on Sunday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens. It was a fantastic debut, as Honey Badger recorded two interceptions and one touchdown. Mathieu's Awareness rating and catch rate increased by one point, up to 99 and 82%, respectively. His overall rating has now reached 96.
After a rebound in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks, Titans running back Derrick Henry saw some ratings adjusted , though he's currently at an overall 96. Henry's start rating took some by surprise since the majority of fans think he's among the top running back in the league. With 182 rushing yards in Week 2, and three touchdowns, the RB certainly demonstrated his worth. Henry's receiving was up two points over 64, however, his break tackle fell to a shocking 92.
One player worth keeping in mind is Carolina Panthers half back Christian McCaffrey, who suffered the injury to his hamstring on Thursday's match against the Houston Texans. While injuries aren't usually a factor in player ratings in Madden 22 it could be interesting for Henry to cheap Madden nfl 22 coins succeed him as the best back on Madden 22.
